POLARAGE has earned the trust of fitness enthusiasts, athletes, and health-conscious users continuously.

We emphasize every stage—from design and engineering to real-use testing—to ensure that every product performs at the highest level of efficiency.

POLARAGE therefore provides a Limited Warranty, covering defects in materials and manufacturing processes under the following conditions:

Product Warranty Registration

Please register your product warranty within 7 days (from the date of receiving the product)
via the website:
https://polarage.co/ (or other channels designated by the company)

Using your Order ID

The company reserves the right to:

  • Decline warranty coverage if the product is not registered within the specified period
  • Or if there is no proof of purchase

Warranty Period

The warranty period depends on the product type as follows:

Ice Bath Tub (PVC / Acrylic / )

  • Structural warranty: 7 days
  • Leak warranty from manufacturing defects: 7 days

Covers:

  • Leaks caused by manufacturing defects
  • Valves / connection points affected by defects

Chiller / Cooling Unit (Ice Bath Chiller)

  • Cooling system / compressor warranty: 1 year
  • Electrical system / circuit warranty: 1 year

Covers:

  • Cooling system failure due to factory manufacturing defects
  • Electrical issues not caused by improper usage

Warranty Conditions

The warranty covers only:

  • Normal use
  • Usage in accordance with POLARAGE instructions

Cases Not Covered Under Warranty

The company reserves the right to deny warranty coverage in the following cases:

1. Improper Use

  • Use for unintended purposes
  • Modification or alteration of the product
  • Usage beyond specified capacity

2. Incorrect Installation

  • Installation not following the manual
  • Use of non-standard or incompatible accessories

3. Damage from External Factors

  • Flood / fire / lightning
  • Power outage / power surge
  • Animal damage (chewing, etc.)

4. Damage from Usage

  • Scratches / cracks / impacts
  • Wear and tear from normal usage
  • Water stains / scale / mineral buildup

5. Improper Maintenance

  • Failure to change water as recommended
  • Failure to clean the system
  • Use of unsuitable water or chemicals

Costs Not Covered

  • Shipping costs
  • Installation / on-site service fees
  • Technician travel expenses

Warranty Claim Conditions

In case of product issues caused by manufacturing defects or shipping damage:

👉 Must include:

  • Unboxing video
  • Photos/videos of the issue

Product Replacement Policy

The company will primarily consider repair or part replacement
Not full unit replacement in all cases

In cases where the product is:

  • Out of stock
  • Discontinued

The company reserves the right to replace it with:

Additional Terms

The warranty does not cover personal satisfaction, such as:
